Geofire employees begin 12 month development programme

Last week, the Cell Improvement Leaders (CIL) at the Geofire factory took part in a continuous improvement training session, as part of a 12 month development program.

The session, run by Karen Allinson of SORA, featured techniques such as kaizen, 5S and discussions on the 7 wastes of lean.

Andy Collinson, CEO of Geofire said, “Training is always a key focus at Geofire enabling us to continually improve our products, services and processes and I look forward to seeing the developments of this training over the next 12 months and beyond.”
